1. How do I determine my size?

2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. Each piece undergoes careful quality checks prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our standards. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more information.
3. What delivery options are available in Singapore?
We offer Standard, Express, Priority and Self-Collection options. Delivery timelines and fees will be reflected at checkout based on your selected option.
4. How does self-collection work?
Self-collection is available in Tampines. The exact address will be provided via email after order confirmation. We will assign a pickup date and time. Kindly arrive at the confirmed timing to ensure a smooth collection process.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your location. A tracking number will be provided for international orders.
6. Will I need to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
7. Will sold-out pieces be restocked?
Our pieces are released in limited quantities to preserve their exclusivity. While selected designs may occasionally be restocked, some collections are not reproduced once sold out.
8. How should I care for my ZEMODEZ pieces?
To preserve the quality, we recommend placing it in a laundry bag before machine washing. Wash as per normal settings using mild detergent. If using a dryer, keep the piece inside the laundry bag to maintain its longevity. Proper care ensures your garment remains refined after every wear.
