We offer two delivery options within Singapore: Standard Delivery and Self-Collection. Applicable fees and estimated timelines will be displayed at checkout based on your selected option. A tracking number will be provided for delivery orders.

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 days, while self-collection orders are usually ready within 2 to 4 days. The collection address will be provided via email once your order is confirmed. Please wait for confirmation of your allocated pick-up date and time before arriving to ensure a smooth collection process.

International

For orders outside Singapore, delivery typically takes 1 to 4 weeks. Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and other external factors. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Any additional charges incurred are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

ZEMODEZ is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or related charges imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for settling all applicable fees required to receive their orders. If a customer declines to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
