We offer the following delivery options within Singapore: Standard, Express, Priority and Self-Collection. 

Delivery timelines and fees will be reflected at checkout based on your selected option. For self-collection orders, the exact address will be provided via email after order confirmation. Kindly await confirmation of your allocated pickup date and time before arrival to ensure a smooth collection process.

 

• International

For customers outside Singapore, delivery generally takes 1 to 4 weeks. Timelines and fees will be reflected at checkout based on your selected option. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and other external factors. A tracking number will be provided for all international orders for your convenience.

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges incurred are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details. We do not cover or assume responsibility for any customs charges. To receive your package, you must pay any applicable customs fees. If you refuse to do so, the parcel will be returned to us and no refund will be issued for your order.
